Rules of the building
- Non-smoking premises: smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the complex.
- Parties: events and celebrations are not allowed.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request. Accommodation is only possible in CITY SUITES STANDARD (15 € per day/dog, without food, feeding bowl is provided).
Car park and lounge with access code
Our lofts and suites are located in the centre of Brunico.
Guests have the use of a free underground garage (with barrier). You will receive an access code via e-mail, which you can use to access the garage, your apartment, and the ski and bike stores.
Pricing Information
Prices are per day for two people. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 1.75 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.
Reductions and extra charges
- Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season | 7 nights (Sat – Sat) in high season
- Additional guests: for each extra person in the apartment, we charge a supplement of € 30 per day

One-time payment of € 80 for the following apartments:- City Suite Standard
- City Suite Superior
- City Suite Deluxe with infrared cabin
One-time payment of € 120 for the following apartments:

Deposit to confirm booking
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30 % of the total price. The balance is due on arrival.

Access code
Important: after you have booked your stay, you will receive an access code via e-mail, which you can use to access the garage, your apartment, and the ski and bike stores.
Cancellation
As the unexpected can always happen in life, we advise you take out holiday cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- For cancellations in the period up to 30 days prior to arrival date: the deposit already paid will be withheld, but no further charges will be made.
- For cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of the total price
- For cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 70 % of the total price
- For cancellations within 7 days of arrival date: 90 % of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total price
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
