From the past to the future
Two sisters, Kornelia and Jutta Ties, wanted to create something really special. They transformed their father’s business premises into some very central apartments, offering guests modern accommodation in the alpine style. Of course, there is also lots of attention to detail, special care and hospitality.

Our holiday apartments are in a building known as “Palais Rienz”, right in the heart of the town of Brunico, with easy access to the shopping streets. Chic restaurants, cosy bars, grocery shops, traditional inns and lots of boutiques and shops are all really close at hand.
Would you like a holiday in the mountains, a trip into “the blue painted blue” or a hike in a spectacular green setting? If you need a break, you can be here surrounded by natural beauty in the blink of an eye, to enjoy a splendid hike, to ski, to climb the peaks, or simply to recharge your batteries.
